Every piece from TIRAEL by FARA is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

No Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer cash refunds.

No Returns

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Exchanges for Damaged Items Only

Exchanges will only be considered if:

The item is damaged during transit, or A manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery. Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange:

An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened must be provided. The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
